10 Hand Release Push Ups

For 400m run you can run from one utility pole to another and back 5 times which would be 400m.

Fun fact average space between utility poles is 125ft there is 1312ft in 400m. so there and back is 250ft 1312 divided by 250 is 5.2 so just do it 5 times
