Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds:

200 m Yoke Carry (w/ empty bar in back rack)

10 Push Press (empty bar)

10 Back Squats (empty bar)

10 Russian Twists w/ plate

Weightlifting

Front Squat (4 sets 8-12 reps @ light)

Keep weight light. Do not drop bar from front rack. Lower to mid thigh.

Allotted time: 12 minutes
