200 m Run

25′ Bear Crawl

25′ Broad Jumps

12 Plank Shoulder Taps

Metcon

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Baseline Interval Test:

E5MOM for 20 min. (4 sets)

10 Pull ups/ Ring Rows

15 Hanging Knee Raises

20 Push ups

25 Wall Balls

Record time for each round. Use a white board to keep track.
Record your specifics in the notes. ex. wall ball used, pull ups or ring rows, knee push ups etc.
