Tell us about your sports and fitness background: I used to play basketball. I also enjoy riding bikes.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? One of my friends told me about it. My first WOD was three sets of burpees, wall balls and pull-ups.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CF? My body has improved so much since starting at CrossFit Eden. My health is very good; I do not take any medications. My life has become more active since starting CrossFit.
Any advice for people just getting started? Stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming. My advice is to only compete with yourself. If you are a competitive person be competitive with yourself first. Have a goal of being 1% better everyday!
